Half of what makes a small business website work is knowing the business. We shoot on location, which means we are in the room: your actual space, your staff, the thing you make. That is a day of our time and a short drive — not a flight and a per-diem — so it is included in the build rather than quoted as an extra.
It also means the site can be honest about where you are. A customer searching from Lonsdale is looking for someone nearby, and a page that names the neighbourhood, carries the right local markup and matches your Google Business Profile is what puts you in that result. Agencies working remotely from another city can build you a nice page. They cannot photograph your room.

Laserdome Plus is a 7,500 sq ft laser tag arena, rock climbing, and an indoor jungle gym in North Vancouver, BC. One of the busiest indoor attractions on the North Shore was running on a stock page-builder theme with stock photography. Parents booking a birthday party couldn't tell what the place looked like inside, and the prices were three clicks deep.
