The shoot covers the North Shore and the Vancouver area only. We shoot everything ourselves, so anywhere further out isn't something we can take on — those projects are build-only, and we'll help you get usable photography sorted another way.

Hosting and domains
Hosting and deployment are handled on our end — there's nothing for you to set up, no control panel to log into, and no separate hosting bill to manage.
Already own your domain? It transfers across at no cost and stays yours. Don't have one, or want a new one? We'll register it at cost plus a small fee — in your name, not ours.
You own it, we just run it. The domain is in your name, and the code and every photo and video we shoot are assigned to you on final payment — you get the repository. Hosting sits on our side purely so there's nothing for you to administer. Walk away whenever you like and we hand it all over and help you move it. Nothing of yours is ever held hostage.

The build is normally $6,000–7,000 and it's 35–40% off right now, so $3,600–4,550. The photo and video shoot is normally $650–750 and comes down to $520–638 when it's booked alongside a build. After launch it's $75–100 a month if you want us handling hosting, edits and monitoring — that part's optional. Two things can be added to that monthly plan: ongoing search work at $40 a month, and an AI assistant on your site at $60 a month. No hourly billing and no surprises: you get the exact number before anything starts.
The search add-on is ongoing local SEO — keeping your Google Business Profile accurate, building pages around what people near you actually type into Google, and sending you a monthly note on where you rank and what moved. The AI assistant is an agentic chatbot that sits on your site, knows your hours, prices, services and policies, and answers the questions you'd otherwise be taking by phone. It takes enquiries and hands off to you when a real person is needed, and we keep it current as the business changes. Both sit on top of the care plan and are month to month — switch either off whenever you like.
No. Hosting and deployment are handled on our end — nothing for you to set up, no control panel, no separate hosting bill. If you already own your domain it transfers across at no cost and stays yours. If you don't have one, or want a different one, we'll register it for you at cost plus a small fee. Either way it's registered in your name, so you own it outright and can take it elsewhere whenever you like.
Yes — you own it, we just run it. The domain is registered in your name, not ours, so it's your asset from day one. The code and every photo and video we shoot is assigned to you on final payment, and you get the repository. Hosting is the one thing that sits on our infrastructure, purely so there's nothing for you to administer. If you ever want to leave, we hand over the code and help you point the domain wherever you like — there's no lock-in and nothing of yours is held hostage. The only thing you'd lose by leaving is us doing the work.
The site keeps existing — it's yours — but it stops being hosted by us, since that's what the plan pays for. We'd give you notice, hand over the repository, and either help you move it to your own hosting or point the domain at whatever you choose next. Nothing gets deleted and nothing gets switched off without warning.
For the build, location doesn't matter — that works wherever you are. The photo and video package is the exception: we shoot it ourselves, so it's limited to the North Shore and the Vancouver area. Further out than that we'll do the site build and help you get decent photography sorted another way.
About three weeks from the first call to launch. A week of that is waiting on you for content and a decision or two, so it moves as fast as you do.
Yes. The code, the photos, the video, the domain — all yours, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want. The care plan is a convenience, not a hostage situation.
That's usually the case. We archive the old one so you can see them side by side, then point your existing domain at the new build when you're happy. Nothing goes dark in between.
You can, and for some businesses that's genuinely the right answer. What you give up is speed, the ability to do anything the template didn't anticipate, and a site that doesn't look like the three other businesses on your street.
